Charity Commission Compliance & Transparency

Beyond Education Sports Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales, committed to full transparency and accountability in all our activities. We comply with all Charity Commission regulations and reporting requirements.

Charitable Purposes: The advancement of education and the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by providing educational opportunities, promoting sports participation, and supporting community development.
Financial Transparency: Our annual accounts and reports are publicly available on the Charity Commission website. All funds are used exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with our objects.
Use of Funds: We are committed to transparency. A minimum of 85% of all donations directly support our programmes, with administrative costs kept to a maximum of 15%. All donations are used in accordance with our charitable purposes.
Gift Aid: We are able to claim Gift Aid on eligible donations, allowing us to receive an extra 25p for every £1 donated at no extra cost to you. Gift Aid declarations are available with all donation forms.
Governance: The charity is governed by a board of trustees who ensure compliance with charitable purposes, oversee financial management, and maintain accountability and transparency in all activities.
Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint about the charity, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Charity Commission.
Gift Aid: We are registered for Gift Aid, allowing us to claim an additional 25% on eligible donations at no cost to donors
Data Protection: We comply with GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal information is securely stored and never shared with third parties without consent
Impact Reporting: All sponsors and major donors receive regular impact reports showing how their contributions are making a difference
