EVOLUTION SPORTS GROUP is a international company with bases in UK, Spain and Ghana founded by Eugene Dwaah. The Head Office is based in London, United Kingdom It’s subsidiaries included Evolution Education, London Youth Premier Showcase, Bridgestone Arena and the charity division Beyond Education Sports Foundation.  

CEO, Eugene Dwaah has over 25 years’ experience working in senior roles in housing, elite and community sports as well as education and inclusion. Eugene was former Head of community development for Paddington housing association (now known as Genesis Housing,) Further education followed with the role of Head of Youth and Sports for Barnet College of further education. Eugene entered the secondary education sector and eventually became Head of Behaviour & Engagement at Skinners Academy (Hackney). His first love football took over 10 years of his life when he became Talent Identification & Recruitment Head at Premier League Fulham Football Club. Eugene has gain a vast range of experience working with young people in a range of environment which lead to the development of the now international brand.

Key Highlights

  • Evolution Sports Group works with Nigel James, the father of Reece James (Chelsea & England international player) to support is elite private academy football programme. Spanish legend Vicente del Bosque’s Academy selected Evolution Sports Group to support its first ever UK football programme.
  • Warden Housing (now Homes Group) commissioned the company to deliver its playschemes on the Rayners Lane estate in Harrow.
  • SCL Education commissioned the company to deliver it’s post 16 football college called UEFA1618
  • Brent MP Dawn Butler, attended the launch of the innovative London Youth Premier league managed by Evolution Sports Group
  • Barking & Dagenham council commissioned the company to manage a sports specialist alternative education provision.
  • Opened the Ghana branch of the company which now has over 5 youth teams in a town called Fomena near Ghana second largest city Kumasi.
  • Invited to meet with the Thailand Ambassador in London following a highly successful talent identification programme in Thailand.
